Livonia police say tips from the public has led to the arrest of an identity theft suspect.
Earlier this month, police had released surveillance images of the suspect taken from Chase banks in Livonia and Taylor.
The suspect had posted as an account holder and fraudulently withdrew thousands of dollars from accounts. She has since been identified as Edna Renee Todd of Detroit. She was arrested and is charged with identity theft.
